The early tester signup

When you sign up as an early tester, I store your name, email address and your answers to the form questions. The legal basis for this processing is your consent — by submitting the form you agree to me reaching out about Trackvest.

If you checked 'Keep me updated,' I may occasionally send you a product update — things like news or a launch announcement. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

I keep your data until I've personally been in touch and you've had the chance to opt out or be removed, or for as long as you wish to stay on the list. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Cookies

The only cookie on this site is trackvest_lang — it remembers the language you picked. This is a functional cookie that does not require consent. No tracking, no analytics.

Hosting and sub-processors

This site and signup data are hosted on servers operated by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (AWS), Frankfurt datacenter (EU). Your data does not leave the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

The Trackvest app

The Trackvest application is in early development. The full app privacy policy — covering portfolio data, notes, and usage — is available at app.trackvest.io/privacy.

In general: Trackvest does not connect to your broker or bank. You decide what goes in. Your data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Access — you can request a copy of the data I hold about you
• Rectification — you can have inaccurate data corrected
• Erasure — you can ask for your data to be deleted
• Restriction — you can ask me to pause processing temporarily
• Portability — you can request your data in a readable format
• Objection — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time

Right to complain

If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
